company operating in our area sends out mailers stating that they will solve problems, will end the worry and use the word CASH.

One of their intended clients called us after they dealt with them - and
called us because they were disgusted and were misled.
Yes - these homeowners needed help - and they were victimized by these
buy houses people who were going to solve their problem.
The buy houses people somehow convinced these people in need to sign
a Purchase and Sale Agreement that had some info filled in but LEFT THE PRICE, SOURCE OF FINANCING AND OTHER KEY ELEMENTS BLANK!!!
Further, the contract had a long list of what is known as "weasel clauses" - a list of things which let the Buyer simply break the
deal and walk away.
