Our company was founded by a successful, senior level executive, who began his involvement with real estate investment and mangement in California during 1984. He was a real estate investor, Administrator for the management of $20 million in commercial and residential property and licensed Real Estate Broker. He applies this extensive background to meeting the needs of real estate Buyers and Sellers in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

In addition to his involvement in real estate, he served in leadership roles, including Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, with a number of the largest companies of their kind in the United States. He also served as senior consultant to Fortune 500 companies. He was well-regarded as a creative thinker and problem solver; he was quick to act and of value to the people he assisted.

His approach, ethics and experience enabled him to build a successful track record and strong base of satisfied clients (home owners, investors, real estate agents, etc.) here in the East.

Our approach involves working closely with prospective clients to understand their needs and difficulties and determining if we can be of assistance.
