They See The "Buy Houses Signs Everywhere - And They Just Seemed Too Fishy! That's Why They Called Us!
Dear Peter,
As
promised, here is that letter of reference for you. We could not be happier.
When we called to see if you would be interested
in purchasing my mother in law's condo, we weren't sure what you would be like or what your approach would be. We've seen those
signs everywhere where people say they buy houses. And I must admit they always seemed fishy to us. We did not want to get scammed.
After
we met you and you described the process, we could see you were the opposite of what we suspected. Your approach was simple
and honest and your offer to buy was just what we wanted it to be.
My mother in law's health was failing and as you know we needed
to get her into a better environment. We wanted to act quickly which was why we did not want to sell the house with an agent.
We did not want to wait especially in this slow real estate market.
Your approach was amazing and simple. After you looked
at the home and took a day to consider the issues you were back with a contract and offer the very next day. You gave us the
fair price we wanted. And it was done. Cash on the barrel. We also appreciate that you were flexible with us on the date
of close.
We will be happy to tell our friends and family about you should they want to sell their home without the wait and
the hassle. Thanks for everything.
Sincerely yours,

Here's Another Satisfied
Client. We Solved Their Problem and Paid Them the Price They Needed to Find a New Home!
Peter,
I wanted to write
and tell you how pleased we are with the sale of this home.
The service you provided allowed us to have the best opportunity
for a quick easy sale. Not only were we given fair market value, though that was not the reason we chose this method.
I was
able to sell the house without having to have showings to prospective buyers at all hours until and if an acceptable offer came. I
did not have to present the house for sale, I didn't have to keep it immaculate and leave the premises each time the house was to
be shown.
As you know illness made listing the house with a realtor a very stressful situation and the realtor fee would have
prevented us from having the ability to move on.
My situation may be unique with past credit issues and current health issues,
yet I cannot think of any reason to not use this very method if I were to sell again.
If more people knew how easy it was to
sell the house in one day they would feel as we do.
I plan to tell my friends and family and I would be happy to announce your
outstanding website introducing this great alternative to all who visit my website.
Thank you for making the worst situation
into the best opportunity.
Sincerely,
B&M of

We Helped This Family Out of Their Financial
Difficulty and Assisted in Their Relocation as Well!
Dear Peter:
We just wanted to thank you for all of your help. We are
so pleased to have worked with you on our house.
Thank you for helping us not to have to file bankruptcy and helping us not lose
our house at the auction. You saved us from a "bad credit" rating as far as a foreclosure and that we are very grateful for.
We
know that stopping our foreclosure and working with the banks took a lot of your time. We appreciate it. We also really
want to thank you for helping us get a new place to live and for the extra "spending money". We are grateful for you giving
us all you did. We really appreciate it.
You did everything you said you would do and more. We got a lot of letters
and phone calls from other people who wanted to buy our house when we went into foreclosure. We are very glad we picked you instead.
If
any of our friends have the same kind of trouble we did, we will tell them to call you. Thank you very much.

"...I found them in the paper. They didn't make a simple
offer to buy.
One guy says he gets a mortgage broker, then he finds someone who wants to rent to own, he gives us some cash,
we have to get a new mortgage...I told him, "I'm not going to have my house deeded to you and trust that you'll make payments."
I said, "No way that's going to happen." Then he said a lot of people don't like that so he said "I can find a rent to own tenant."
Then he calls the bank to try and get a mortgage, just...ugh.
Then we spoke to another one of them. He said he would "buy"
my house and put the house in his name. (But the mortgage would stay in my name). He says he would guarantee making the payments.)
But I know my bank wouldn't like that..." SC, NH
