      Do!
 3.  We DO NOT Make Statements Which Some May Feel Are MISLEADING.

4.  This is NOT a leased website made to look personalized - as is the case with a great

many real estate investor / buy houses sites.

  • It may be tough to tell – but they often claim to be able to buy in any state and ask for your location so you can be directed to someone who is paying a monthly fee to have it appear as his website.
  • Those are canned approaches, typically used by someone with little operating cash and experience.
5.  We Have Experience Which Spans Investment, Property Management, Broker-Related
Activities, The Leadership of People & Companies. And Most of All - In Successfully
Assisting People in The Rapid and Effective Sale of Their Homes and Land.

PLEASE -  take a few minutes to review some of our "thank you" letters.  These are
legitimate, signed-by-the-customer letters testifying to the good things we have done for
 people.

 Again, WE'RE NOT ALL ALIKE!
Take a look at these two comments we received from Customers.  They'll
show you who's out there trying to "buy houses" and what people think of
  us.

"...I called one of those people with the sign that says he "buys houses".

He wanted me to put his name on the deed and all the time he was talking I was thinking this
doesn't sound right, it's too fishy.  And the more of your questions I asked, I found out that he didn't
have any money.  He said, "I don't have the cash to buy...and the bank won't lend me the money."  I
said, well how in the world will you pay for my house?!?

I only wish you were here in Indiana to help me yourself!"     DD, Indiana

Even Though This Client Was Experienced In Buying and Selling Homes:
 Dear Peter:

Thanks very much for your help.

As you know, our house needed a lot of work, would not show well to a typical home buyer and is
usually pretty cluttered from our 6 kids.  We were in a tough spot because we needed to sell - I
needed to move for a new job and to cut our monthly overhead by getting into a less expensive
 home.

You did everything you said you would do. You offered to buy our house on the spot with a cash
offer and you set a closing date that worked for us.  The whole process was unbelievably easy and
quick just as you said it would be.  You were straight with us, up front and very easy to work with.

We appreciate everything you did for us.  You gave us what we needed, solved our problem and
made our lives easier.  We would recommend you to anyone!  Just have them give us a call.

 Best wishes,
 DW, Allenstown

TV Infomercial Get-Rich-Quick Program "Graduates" Are Everywhere!

This person, now in Florida, needed to sell quickly.  He already experienced
dealing with some of those people who are trying to "get rich quick", who
have no experience and little money.  Being in Florida, he says he has seen
the infomercials and heard about them from others.  Further, he spoke with
 some of them...

"...Once you have anything that becomes part of the public record ( ~ foreclosure notice), they (~the
Infomercial graduates) descend upon you.  Yes, I spoke with them. I watched the infomercials and I
said, Yep, ok, you can see where these people come from...

If I run into anybody who needs to sell, I'll tell them you were credible and didn't try to just get
something signed...You didn't waste my time. I appreciate that..." CS, Ft. Lauderdale, FL

Right here in New Hampshire, we have some so-called investors giving homeowners a misleading impression of what they can do, and how much money and experience they have...they cannot do what their ads suggest.

He frequently ran an ad in the "Real Estate Wanted" section of our local newspaper.  His ad uses the word cash several times and suggests that he pays the highest full retail price for a house.
We spoke with him on the phone to learn more in detail, about his TRUE capabilities.
We pressed him with very direct questions. He told us that he really only has a little cash and not enough to take title and close in the traditional manner on even a small house at a typical price.

Please see the question list on page 3 of this website ("SCAMS?...") that you can use to get at the truth and screen investors with whom you are considering working.  Do NOT simply accept at face value what their nads or signs say.  Keep digging!

Dear Peter,

Thank you so much for everything you did. We can now move to Florida!
I am very happy with how everything went.

Everything you said would happen did. Your associate was also very nice and professional. You people really know what you’re doing! I am just so surprised and pleased that my house sold as quickly as it did! I wanted to keep things simple and easy.

I did not want to wait to list my house with a real estate agent. I just wanted to sell it. You made it happen. I will absolutely tell my friends and recommend you.

You were just what I needed.

Yours truly,
Sheila Perry

"RENT-TO OWN": Another All-Too-Typical Story.
So-Called "Investors" Like This Embarrass Us.

"...I called a guy in the paper. His ad says "we buy houses for cash". I laughed him right out of the house.

He gets people into the house to do a rent-to-own. Do you think I'd let someone move into this house and rip it up and then wait for my money? I looked at him as his story was going on and on. It didn't sound right.
He didn't have the cash to buy. That's why he wanted to lease it..." L.P., MA

HE HAD NO MONEY TO BUY AND WANTED TO LEASE THE HOUSE - BUT HIS AD SAID "WE BUY HOUSES FOR CASH".

Form your own opinion.
We're sick of this stuff.

This NH Guy Had Signs on Telephone Poles (an ILLEGAL ACT in our location).  He Apparently Proposed Another Potentially Illegal Act to This Home Owner – And Said Her Attorney Could NOT Review the Paperwork. Yow!

“My house is going into foreclosure and I got solicited by a lot of companies. I just talked to XXXXX and I didn’t really trust him.

There’s a lot of fraud out there so I told him I wanted my lawyer to go over everything. He said that there wasn’t time to do that. He said he “was going to put money” in my pocket…but it wasn’t legal until he bought something from me…

He was going to buy some stuff from me in the house because it wasn’t legal for him to give me any money in the short sale…”. DL, NH

We wonder what the NH State Attorney General would have to say about this.
